Overview
Mr. Yang focuses his law practice on Corporate, Real Estate, and Immigration Laws, including entity formation, governance issues, business transactions, real estate closing, leasing/financing transactions, and immigrant/nonimmigrant visa matters.
Legal and Corporate Experience
He has advised clients on a variety of corporate and individual legal issues including, but not limited to, commercial transactions, complex financial transactions, real estate transactions and immigration matters. He has special expertise in negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts for the sale and purchase of goods and services.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Yang experienced a wide variety of complex commercial contracts, general corporate legal matters and litigations in a famous large corporation in Korea. His corporate legal experience provides him with valuable legal capacity analyzing the potential problems of proposed transactions. In counseling his clients, he uses such capacity to prevent those possible problems from coming to fruition, and thus his clients can avoid unnecessary legal disputes and litigation costs.
